XRCC Mentor Application

XRCC 2026 is a global XR+AI hackathon with a 3-week online concept phase (Apr 9–30, 2026) and a 4-day in-person finale in Berlin (Jun 30–Jul 3, 2026).

Mentors are at the heart of our mission, and support teams with practical feedback and direction.

Your Role as a Mentor

✅ Give teams technical, creative, or product guidance ✅ Help teams unblock and improve their projects ✅ Join feedback sessions, office hours, and mentor-led discussions ✅ Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive environment

Timing and Commitment

⭕ Online phase: about 1–2 hours/week across 3 weeks (Apr 9–30) ⭕ In-person finale (optional): 4 full days in Berlin (Jun 30–Jul 3) ⭕ One live online mentor lecture is required ⭕ 2–3 social media posts (we’ll send you templates to use)
